Version 4.02.6!

Spring is in the air which means out with the old and in with the new! Speaking of new, here at QuikStor, we can’t wait to tell you about the release of the new version of our QuikStor Express Software. On April 25^th, 2012, we released version 4.02.6 of QuikStor Express. 

A little bit more about our update:

Features added:

• Insurance Module - this new owner-level customization interface allows facility owners that offer tenant insurance to customize their insurance settings such as rates, coverages, effective date, cancellation schedule, etc.
• A reminder feature has been added to the Phone Calls List
• Overnight Processing Synchronization – This is an integrated checklist that QuikStor Express will run each night prior to the Overnight Processing routine. If for any reason the data on the facility computer does not match the data on the remote computer, or if communication is broken, Overnight Processing will not run, which will prevent data mismatch issues

Dashboard

The dashboard is a graphical representation of your facility data broken down into varying graphs designed to give you the most crucial information needed to run your facility efficiently. Without running reports or pouring over data you can see in a matter of seconds the status and health of your facility.

Report Center

The first thing you will notice is that the look & feel of the QoD Report Center is similar to the one in QuikStor Express. This means no learning curve when you need to run reports remotely. There are over 150 reports available through the QoD Report Center, all of which are the same style and naming convention as QuikStor Express.

Tenant Map

using Google Maps® the TENANT MAP feature displays a storage unit at the location of the facility and a person icon at each tenant's address. This provides a quick visual representation of where your tenant's are coming from and where you may need to focus your marketing efforts going forward. You can see further information, such as address and unit number, by clicking on a tenant's icon.
